How I got here
Over the past 15 years, I have had the privilege to work for some of the top global non-profits in the social sector. I have helped raised over a hundred million dollars, leveraging much needed resources for human rights, humanitarian aid, the arts and academia. I have built programs, launched special initiatives, revitalized boards, revamped systems, coached executives and frontline fundraisers, and set strategies that put organizations on a sure path toward sustainable growth.

Philanthropy is complicated, especially in the social justice space. Sometimes the most efficient, well-meaning and successful fundraising and philanthropic strategies directly challenge the very people, values, and mission that we are intending to support.
